Our Lenses

All of our lenses come with a 2-year manufacturing warranty that includes delamination of our anti reflective coatings.

All of our varifocal lenses carry a full none tolerance guarantee for up to 90 days following dispatch of the lenses. Lenses can be replaced with an alternative choice from our own brand range or from our elite Tokai range (at additional cost).

Our glazing service

As you will appreciate, in providing a reglazing service, whilst every care is taken during disassembling and assembling of a customer’s own frame, any reglaze work undertaken is at the customers own risk.
